Just treat Sprites like spirits with different home ground and modus operandi. Most of the rules are the same...

That is specifically what I don't like about it - this make both realms too similar for my taste. I like AIs but they are no spirits/sprites. I'd much more prefere to treat those sprites as agents, but then again tasks/registering this is just too much burden and infinite resoruces are just a closing to the loophole they created.

I am seriously thinking about redesigning this part for my games. like removing the time limits, but at the same time making them using the technomancer resources.

as for matrix chatrooms, all of you can go into full vr, and without hot-sim this isn't really dangerous - kids do that all the time. maybe having someone to disconnect the trodes would be wise thing to do though.

The thing is, I'm just not going to. Stryker doesn't trust anything that can mess with his head. He's a magician, so he stays away from many things that can do...

That is quite okay, I was telling that rather in general, so that you won't stay away form all matrix related activites, just becuasethere is  atechnomancer around.

Can you also quote somewhere for this?

Quote from: SR4AC pg65
Trying Again
Just because a character has failed a test doesn’t mean she has no hope
of ever succeeding. A character may attempt a task she has previously
failed, but each successive attempt incurs a –2 dice pool modifier. A
magician who has failed twice to summon a spirit, for example, can try
again with a –4 modifier.
If the character takes the time to rest for a sufficient period (anywhere
from 5 minutes to 1 hour, as the gamemaster decides), the negative
modifier no longer applies and the character gets a fresh start.

The guard has an user account - it allows him to order checking the SIN and see the result. anything more like upgrading the verification procedure, or bypassing it during the check require administration access by Cops IT team.

Just tell me what to roll, if any dice-throwing is needed.

Yes. That's the best thing in being a Technomancer. :P

Isn't Bellevue in Seattle?

There might be some other, but there is a Bellevue city just on the other side of the Washington lake, and it is usually counted as part of Seattle sprawl
