Book: #7 (out of 10)
Title: Reaper's Gale

If you like fantasy pick it up. Quite a wild ride if you stick with it!
Having access to Ares Technology isn't so bad, being in a room that's connected to the 'trix with holographic display throughout the whole room isn't bad either. Food, drinks whenever you want it. Over all not bad, but being unable to leave and with a Female Dragon? No Thanks! ~The Captive Man

My local public library just started the Overdrive thing where you can 'check-out' ebooks.  Gonna go digging around for the next few dresden books later.

John Ringo's "Eye Of The Storm".  Jewish Waffen SS are making me laugh.  :P  (It makes sense in context.).

Currently I'm reading the Rachel Morgan series from Kim Harrison.  Great series of books in an alternate reality (split somewhere in the sixties) where vampires, witches and werewolves run around openly among humans.  Great stuff.  Currently there are 9 books, and there will be 3 more to come (she writes at about 1 a year).

Not really more of them.  They are simply not hidden but operating openly.  It gives a strange atmosphere, as in most books they are supposed to be hidden.  Of course here they are supposed to follow the laws and can be found easily if they don't (there even is a police agency specially made for them).

That's why I like the Dresden Files.  The werewolves are role players.  ;D

EDIT:  And a straight vampire pretending to be a gay human hairdresser at a LARP playing as a straight vampire.  ;D

The Dresden series is my new favorite series, can't wait for the new one to come out. Was awesome to hear that Ghost Story marked the halfway point in the series.

I like that there's a dedicated ending to the story, but will be sad when it's done.

Then again, I highly doubt that'll be the last we see from the author anyhow.  See what he did with Pokemon and the Lost Legion after all...

Alas, never seen it, heard of it (other than here).
