Since Browser is common program, It would be possible to download it online anytime you want to.
What data do you need to search?

would not mind to get the basic program set. 

i wanted to have a rundown on the shop, most important the information on the event taking place so i can use it to con my way in, as i will not risk infiltrating with no Armour on and there is no time to get it.

There certainly should be basic software sets to download in the electronics store. Simple Software + Edit (1) test should be enough to fake the sell so you could register the software and activate it.

IMO getting browser is the same like, IRL gettin GChrome. just download it..and since nyzens are just virtual, paypal for it and install it. IMO works for common programs with no availability rating..?

Guys, Ill be completely disconnected from matrix from tomorow till next weekend, I have to enjoy my hollydays and not staring to the screen like I do all the time. If you make any progress, it would be nice, Omar will stick to his task of probing Diamond and once he is done with it, please, Sent, NPC him if needed.

We will see what rating softs we can get, then maybe we will buy them or the stolen ones will do, depending on the rating.

Not yet. they know somebody entered the node beside Omar. that's based on the number of persona limit used, but they don't have a clue yet and the Sleuth served as a good distraction. Once they deal with him they'll start looking. if they fail to find him, once the access log catches up they'll pinpoint him.

FYI, the script that I wrote that had launch scan application (should be a browse) [wanted to search for data on the event and hog the log file-not scan for networks].
Which of the ghosts are mine? I thought I had the male and female ghosts, but maybe its just the male one.

1) I'm guessing that if I attempted to start any agents/IC programs here it would most likely be noticed right after I did it and lure the spiders away from Sleuth, correct?

I don't mind taking a couple of turns to grab some cheddar; but what Mouse is most interested in is the security node and the window with paydata.

I would like to use window 1 to see if anybody is in the store...
I would also like to see what the security layout (doors locked, open, closed, and physical layout of the store. Maybe I can get them in through the back door.
I would also like to take a look at the panic button and see if there may be a way to disable it.

Sleuth loaded another male, but got cut off from the security account, so technicaly it is not his ghost anymore

RedWire isn't software house/shop. But they do sell some programs along with their electronics (commlinks specially) from the public account you can see that the shop sells non-hacking tools of up to rating 4. There are also ECCM, Biofilterfeedback, sniffer hacking programs (also up to rating 4) and Kitsune agent rating 3. There might be more software in their library that isn't advertised, but you'd need shop priviledges for that.

What are the advantages/disadvantages of doing that? Will they still be able to trace me? Technically, I still have a connection through their node so I guess they can.

I am operating under the assumption that I am on a time crunch? 10 or 11 complex actions remaining. I have the cameras to look though (find our hacker,) edit the camera feeds, and let our boys in through the back.

Do the non-hacking applications come in a level 4 suite?

being in the node allows you to see what's happening there but also makes you susceptible to detection and attack.

there are suits I need to check however what they include.

logging off the mall node, sounds good, assuming that there is a receiving door. typically stores on the first floor and outer court have a receiving door used to receive shipments and as a fire escape. otherwise I may need to get to the mall's security node.
