Okay... I've taken out the background part. It was nothing really important. I also left out information about where exactly his house is located, so that we can figure it out when you say to us where the game will take place; so, here comes Alex Blake, mephistophelian manipulator:

== Description ==
The free spirit which usually goes by the name Alex Blake (a name which can apply both to a man and to a woman) can't easily be described. Even though he has some more usual forms which he assume, he is prone to change his appearance completely to better suit his goals, even assuming the faces of other existing people. Most of the time, though he uses one appearance that he almost entitle as his "human self": a handsome and young guy (a sufficiently androgynous one that some people can him/her a gal) wearing fashionable suits and with perfect control of one's own movements: grace incarnate.
His true self, though, is only visible for the ones who can pierce the astral veil; there, the spirit shows himself as a young and handsome person (it would be very difficult to determine gender/sex) clad in a gray tunic; surrounded by his own light and with gracious feathery wings - these can be "worn" around him or opened up behind him, according to his posture.
== Concept ==
A mephistophelian manipulator, Alex Blake is an odd spirit and a little bit of a twist when one thinks about the "fallen angel" concept where he usually is enclosed. For starters, Luca seems to be completely against the idea of killing; obviously it's not an humanitarian feeling which moves him for less lethal approaches to his dealings, it's that he really thing of metahumanity as quite intriguing, as something that is precious to observe... and to tempt, and both things lose it's brilliance when the subject is dead.
He also despises the use of magic mind control; he truly believes in free-will (that's how the fallen ones decided their fate, after all), and really, how can someone fall if one by oneself's design? Controling others artificially makes them unaware and unwilling to their actions, and deprive them of decision. One should decide for one's temptation, so mind controling mages and spirits are barricades to his work.
The other points of note about Alex are fairly conceptually fitting: he feels quite unconfortable when in the presence of religious artifacts (specially crucifixes) and finds the sun's glare to be painful. He is also quite proud, and would go to the last consequences to avenge a hurt pride.

About the "Villa":
The appartment in which Alex "lives" (not that he requires one, but he likes a place to stash his possessions and where people can find him they want to contact him) is in a well-maintained and beatiful building (Wormwood Buildings) at a classic neighborhood. It's an spacious place, finely decorated and, maybe most important, it was a site of some strange happenings over the years (one of the former owners practiced a ritual there where a family was killed in a mix of vengeance and quest of personnal power), which left it alligned with the Black Magic tradition. There are echoes of the killings to this day (voice can be heard at night, and some bloodstains appear out of the blue on the walls, among other strange, and sometimes dangerous, happenings), which made a difficult appartment to rent. Alex enjoyed the low price and the "special effects" - when he has time, he studies them, and has on ocassion tried to make contact with the so called ghosts. Wormwood Buildings is also a respectable home to some serious families, which take all the building decisions to monthly or weekly meetings. It's an annoying and time-consuming thing, but it's also an opportunity to meet the neighbors and be among people, which can never be too much for Alex.
It's better to let Alex himself talk about his contacts:
Gunther "Gotcha" Tyenemt (Fixer) - "Gotcha is an old fool, but he has his fingers on a lot of deals, and manages to know a lot of people. He appears to held his own self opinion in high regards, but if I'm permitted to give my opinion, the guy has something dark in himself, and he knows it. His happy and confidence stance is a protection from his own sad nature, that he let no one glimpse. Overall, he is a useful man, being well conected on the gray areas of the city. He own a small bar which he uses as a façade for his real deals on this same neighborhood, and that's the place where it's good to find him. Also, the fries there are unusually tasty."
Max Plywer (NeoNET Coorporate Headhunter ) - "Max is another thing altogether; powerful, rich, perspective, and has an interesting life. Most of the time he is not in the city, but doing his job, looking for new talents on the areas NeoNET are demanding or is interested, and convincing his targets that his corp can give them a bright and guaranteed future; I empathize with him, really. He is the most close to my own reflection I've even been. He has a beatiful house owned by NeoNET where his family live (a bit younger wife and two lovely little girls, one of them an elf), but he spends just too much time working. He is very knowleageable about the ascending stars and talents, and is also a quite refined guy, so it's good to have him around."
April McIntyre (Firefighter) - "Oh, April, the new project. No, don't get me wrong, I don't see her as an study subject, but you got to agree that the girl is... fascinating. Look, she is brave, idealistic, yet quite aware of her future. She knows she makes more for her neighborhood than almost anyone, and also knows that what she earns will not make her through when she is old and sick for breathing so much smoke... Yet, she keeps almost pristine clean honest. She came to me once in a bar, oh, the poor thing. She could save an ork kid in an old tenement building. I found her on Gotcha's bar, sobbing and drinking. No, not that much, not even too much, jut that amount you need to bear a long and uncaring night. So I talked to her, I heard her, and I made her feel better. Since then we talk... and I observe her. No, I'm not a creep, please; I just keep myself aware of her doings. You can say I'm a concerned friend, ok? This way I can see how she is dealing with her life and job. Some say she has sold a building plant once or twice for a group of shadowrunners, but if that's true, then she also did her research on their intents, and no harm to the people she care came from it. I believe it was a jewelry heist and the dismantling and making public a scheme of illegal slave work on a krill factory, but I am not that sure. The question is, how long will her will endure? How long till she realizes she is only human?"
The Smokes (Small Gang) - "And then there's this little punks. I believe they were seventeen the last time I count, not that this matter anyway. Most of them are just kids with rich parents which decided to become troublemakers in order to be someone. Can you blame them? They at least are doing something, even if this thing is... silly? Well, there's this guy that they call their "leader", and at least he has some vision - not that much, listen well, I said some -, they call him Dyno, but I guess his real name is Michael. They are mostly involved in small theft, some street fights and arsons. They tried to pick me up once, but then they discovered I could do magic... they made a favor for me once, and were beatifully recompensated; since then, I got this Dyno guy number on my list, but that's it. Oh, why they call themselves the Smokes? I've told you they are in some incendiary actions, right? So, that's it. Where the Smokes are, it is bound to be fire."
