Why would we need to do that?  Spirit fired Stick n' Shock rounds.  Although we may need some stimulants, in case they knock this guy out.  Of course, he's yet to roll for resistance, so we'll just have to see.

Exactly, he fired SnS rounds. ;)

Stun damage will overflow into Physical, and our attacker has 6P worth of boxes already filled.

Well, it makes for interesting roleplaying at least. I doubt Spirit would have noticed the man's injuries before shooting, and Operator is just as culpable if this turns out to be an accidental slaying.

The guy knifed me.  If he dies, I won't be all boo-hooing over his demise.
I could wile away the hours conversing with the flowers
Consulting with the rain
And my head I'd be scratching while my thoughts were busy hatching
If I only had a brain...

Well, I have some stim patches, and pretty sure a couple of us have R6 medkits. Provided I didn't accidentally geek the poor bastard.

But whatever, it's his fault for dropping a gas grenade. Need to double-tap to be sure!

Event 1: He dies. I won't be shedding tears over it, but we will have to dump the body somewhere outside the building; any unnamed chemical waste dump in Yokohama should work. No reason to offend the businesses in the building with a loss of face.

Event 2: He lives. After we get our information, I'm more than happy to let him crawl back into the shadows.

I'll make the first aid test, should that be necessary.

With my luck, he'll probably be down before I even take a swing.  Least I escaped the gas.

Why?  If he dies, why not let his body be found in the Oni's business offices?  That will shame his "employer" and whoever is behind this whole thing, and potentially cause them to screw up while they scramble to quiet the discovery of his body.  I say toss him under a desk and let some poor secretary find him and call Renraku.

well I wasn't expecting him to survive that either.  :o either way though, he's certainly beaten and he knows it.  Combat is officially done now.

Edit, I just noticed I should have had him rolling 7 dice instead of 11 (I halved his ballistic armour not his impact).  My oops though so we'll run with him still being alive if you want.

I think we're okay with him being alive.  More useful that way, neh?

sorry for the slow update here guys.  I'll have your prisoners response up this evening.  Would someone who's questioning him mind making an intimidation roll for me?  You get a +4 bonus because you have him in a pretty bad situation.

Just as an FYI the cops don't have jurisdiction in Yokohama the Japanese Imperial Forces do.  Sending in the military to enforce what basically amounts to martial law is the only thing that has prevented the city from turning into Redmond or Kwaloon.  Not sure if you're up for a fight with the army, but they are coming.

Also, if you're looking for a hacker who can sneak about a bit Icepick might not be a terrible person to consider.  He's pretty mercenary but as long as the paycheque comes and it isn't a choice between his life or yours he'll stay pretty loyal.
