Of course, there are times when you gotta go deeper than that. In that case, invest in some radiation shielding, and head to Glow City. As long as you can deal with the locals (who are batshit crazy), and have protection from radiation, it is the best place to drop off the radar, and still be inside the sprawl. Even the syndicates won't follow you in there, usually. Personally, I just leave the country when things are getting that hot, but if you don't have resources for that, then sleeping in a hazmat suit is still better than kicking back in jail, or the morgue.]<<<<<
