I'm still in.  A few final things:

1. Are you ok with the connection to 67 being as simple as Samuel seeing a couple of hopped up punks trying to intimidate 67 one day and intervening?  I imagine 67 would make note of a local guy who isn't afraid to risk one of those ass beatings you mentioned, maybe he bought Samuel a drink afterwards and they have an exchange small talk when their paths cross a few times a month kind of relationship.  I put him at loyalty 2; they don't know each other well but 67 appreciates Samuel's guts and Samuel appreciates that 67 doesn't like having to work with gangs when he does but doesn't have the power to change it.

2. The last knowledge skill that I finally did figure out.  I'm sure you get what the local magical shadow community part is, I figure at this point Samuel has been working with Dave for about 8 years.  Spent a lot of time around the shop, learned a lot about the business and the web that connects the various talismongers, suppliers, and buyers.  The specialization in courier business comes from the idea that Dave has Samuel make some deliveries and pick ups here and there, almost all of an illegal nature.  So Samuel's knowledge that isn't learned from Dave extends to the people and places that traffic underground magical goods, the best routes from shop A to drop spot B and back to shop A along a different path, how to try and get through Hermanos territory with things that might be a-glowin' on the astral, that sort of thing.  I feel like there is a better way to list that on the character sheet but I can't figure out what that should be.

3. If we're going to be kind of thrown into things, can Samuel start with a few preparations?  Not a lot, but I feel like part of his routine when he knows he is going out would be making a Heal, Increase Reflexes, and Gecko Crawl preparation in case he gets into a fight.  If you're not planning on any kind of violent opening action then we can just skip it for the sake of convenience.

I like it, but lets throw more detail in. He was standing up for someone you sided with, even if you didnt know the person, conflict, or even what was going on at the time. Seeing he was willing to take an assbeating for what he believed in, you stepped in and the both of you got the shit kicked out of you together.

Didn't you say somewhere that Dave dun really trust you? You don't employ someone you don't trust for eight years, running illegal things around the city for ya. Either you and Dave are closer than you imagined at first, or you aint been workin for him for that long.

We won't be, but it's just silly to walk around the slums naked. you've probably got something on ya, y'know?

You dont need a datajack if you've got a control rig.

you also dont need to buy image link for cyber-eyes. They come standard with image link. Matter fact, the control rig comes with image link AND soundlink as well. If you wanna re-arrange some money, feel free.

How do you want to handle SIN broadcasting? Could I leave a burner comm at home broadcasting my Nat SIN while going out and about with my fake one?
Do you want dicerolls in the IC thread or here? Orokos links aren't overly intrusive so personally I wouldn't mind keeping them in the IC, less going back and forth.
On pg 420 about concealability mods Stun batons are both in the +2 and +4 categories. How do you want to rule them as to size and such?

yes, you can, but if someone should find your burner broadcasting without you around, it could lead to a LOT of trouble, both legal and otherwise. I wouldnt recommend it.

Ahh, true. Didn't think about that you're not really required to broadcast your Nat SIN at all times (unlike the criminal one). So simply stopping broadcasting the SIN and running the main link on silent would be enough unless someone hacks your link to peek your real SIN? Broadcasting a fake SIN instead as an optional extra depending on circumstances.

yeah, its not that "your SIN must be broadcasting at all times" as there is no group of watchers on every SIN in existence, making sure the right ones are on at any given time.
it's more "you must broadcast a SIN at all times" as there ARE groups of armed men who randomly check the SINs of people they encounter throughout their day.
