I believe we know him as Red-Eye, who is acting as a physical go-between for us and Archive. We're unaware that they are one and the same person.

Other than the fact he's really bad at lying, yes, Jack is calling himself Red-Eye and pretending Archive is a different person. If it came to a con roll, he would very badly fail at convincing you.

I don't think it will come to that. Breeze says you're good people and deckers change their handles all the time. "Hopeless" aint concerned what you tell him to call you.

I don't think so... there's a lot of moving pieces, so maybe we should hash out OOC what we want to do and then post up in IC what we're going to do.

Seems like we have a lot of information and leads, although most of it doesn't actually involve the job we're being paid to do.

1) We have a good deal of information about the airport we can try to use to put together a plan. I feel like we need better information outside of physical security and site layout.
2) We have a lead on BD/Gray, although that's more of a revenge angle. Interrogating him may provide additional details on what he was doing at the pit and what he knows about our job.
3) We have a small lead on the RF leadership, although I don't think that has anything to really do with the job we're being paid to do.
4) Hopeless has a meet set with a contact.

What do y'all want to do?

Ians plan is to get out of the shower, go over whatever kinda info the two matrix heads have dug up, start forming a plan of attack, then head out to meet with Ticker. Tomorrow he needs to go meet with Tammy's boy, just to see if there's any angle there. Not really expecting there to be, just kinda grasping at straws, really.

Alright, guys, it's time to get this moving.

How does everyone want to proceed?  There are a lot of possible directions, but it seems to me the team has a few paths they can follow.  1. leave BD alone for now and focus on the job y'all were paid to do, and 2. Go after BD before he leaves town and come back to the job after doing whatever it is y'all are going to do with him.  If you're going with the former, you've got blueprint info on the airport, but not staffing info or security procedures.  From what you've been told by Dr. Ken, you'll have 2 big boons in your favor: 1. their magic security is in your pocket and 2. they're not expecting to get hit, and additional security is being set up at the MS lab to catch you in the act there.  Major downsides: it's the Texas fucking Rangers who you're running against.

If you're going after BD first, you need to get on it, as you know he's leaving town this evening, and hitting him at the train station may not be the best bet.  Perhaps you could get to the DFW before he does and pick him up there, or you could tap contacts to find him before he leaves, or you could explore some of the information you've gathered to find where he might be before he leaves.

This situation has a lot of moving parts, and I take the blame for the lack of focus and preponderance of information floating around.  I've tried to make College Station a real, lived-in place, and the downside of that is a lot of "side quests" that you can pursue.  How you guys play this IC is up to you, but please note that I don't have a "1 twue" way in my head about how the team can succeed here.  You guys have the info, and you guys make the plan.  Don't feel as though you need to play into my ideas for how this run will go, or with what you should be doing.

So, let's make a plan and get to the next scene.

I'm gonna do an IC post with a few gaps in it.

The first part will be him answering messages and getting out of the shower, talking over plans and info with the rest of the team.

the next part will be him on his way to see Ticker.

Yeah I'm still around, just been busy with work.

What did Renegade's message mean regarding Niles? Red-Eye wants to track him down and kill him, and if he's in the process of fleeing, that would have to come first since the run isn't until later.

@Ryo, yes it looks like Niles is fleeing College Station and heading to the DFW.

Demolitions Test to build the bomb: Demolitions Test (Logic 8 + Demolitions 6 + Improvised 2): 16d6t5 8

Resources used: 1 kg of Foam Explosive rating 6, 1 blasting cap.

8 net hits puts this bomb at 14 DV, Blast -2/m, AP -2.
