the master node is a nexi with system 5 firewall 5. there is a patrolling ic on perimeter which analyze and logs all appearing icons and retest them periodically in case of masking software fooling it first time. there is lots of icons around so you aren't scanned immediatelly but it's matter of time. make a roll of edge+edge. you'll be retested every 7 combat turns plus the number of hits you get.
You got five combat turns (15 complex actions) breathing space before they'll find out it was two of you hacking in. they will know so after the access log will be updated. until that you expect them to run trace on Omar and sniff around to see if he managed to do any damage before he left

the conceal power of the spirit isn't the same as the invisibility spell, but to speed up lets assume, Ryker cast the spell on you and and himself prior to entrance. Ryker, please make two spellcasting rolls for that. Remember, that the second one will have -2 for sustaining the first spell. You need one hit to be invisible, but at least 4 hits to be safe from cameras and other technical sensors.

Sam Starts to go downstairs taking the biggest box of the BTL's he can get under his arm, while still being able to use his taser with the other. Maybe downstairs he will find something more, like the second guards comlink or some better Loot. Or just a different way out. I assume you load Agents from the desktop in the warehouse? setting up the network so they will load on the Mouse 'link or Sam's or Ryker isn't difficult. The desktop allows you to load up to two agents per commlink, tell me which one do you take and who is carrying which.

Dobermans go on their dogbrains, by flybot dropped from the air to the ground. Since the jamming roll was a critical success, the nodes that are within range (links and car) are crashed, you need to reboot them and reload programs. Mouse bionode hold (thanks to the success on dumpshock resist) so it doesn't need to be restarted.
The car rolls further on it's own quickly taking you out of the jamming range, but you have to switch into manual operation as the computer got overloaded. Poor fellow with his brain oozing through the eyes, drops from the car like a fried moth that got to close to the electric bulb.

Had a few beers tonight and then reread the post. If possible I would like to use the above rolls for a force 5 physical barrier between Sam and the drone. If it is not I understand as I had declared my action in the previous post.

The drone have voice control, configured to recognize Omar's voice patterns.
However among the yells of dying and shouting men as well as burining and exploding cars and drones it might get unrecognized. some if its sensors are also destroyed.

The order will override any spoofed orders, they will also override previous order to attack assigned targets (though the list will be stored, in case, further order "resume attacks" will be given)
